Delete your Clan Tree account

How to request deletion of your Clan Tree account and what data is removed.

How to request deletion

  1. Send an email to support@khoakaka.com from the address linked to your account.
  2. Use the subject line: “Delete my Clan Tree account”.
  3. We will verify your identity and confirm deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

  • Your Firebase Authentication account
  • Your user profile (email, display name, avatar)
  • Your clan memberships and roles
  • Subscription entitlement data linked to your account in our systems

What may be kept

  • Genealogy data you added to a shared clan may remain visible to other clan members until a clan admin removes it or deletes the clan.
  • Purchase records may be retained by Google Play / RevenueCat as required for tax and fraud prevention (we do not control those retention periods).

Retention

  • We process deletion requests within 30 days.
  • Backup copies may take up to 90 days to be fully purged from Firebase backups.
